Because of our commitment to craftsmanship and confidence in our quality, your Water timepiece, is guaranteed under normal use, to be free of any manufacturing defects for five years (60 months) from the date of purchase.
If you become aware of a manufacturing defect in parts or workmanship during this time, Water Watch Company will, at its sole discretion, provide for repair or replacement of your watch in accordance with the terms herein.
To obtain repair or replacement under this warranty, please use our contact form on the ‘contact us’ page on our website. In the e-mail please specify your name, address, order number, unique ID number and a detailed description of the issue. When mailing your watch for repair or replacement you must ensure it is packaged carefully and includes the original Certificate of Authenticity card.
Although you may not be charged for repair or replacement under this warranty, you may be required to cover the cost of packaging and or shipping.
This limited warranty does not cover the following:
- Damage of any kind caused by misuse, accident, neglect or failed repair attempts.
- Purchases made using unauthorized resellers.
- Batteries, bracelets, rings or crystals.
ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO 60 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
Care and Maintenance
Ensure the crown is always in the closed position, especially before contact with water.
Exposure to extreme atmospheres is not recommended (i.e. hot water, saunas or steam rooms).
Rub gently, the surface of the watch with a soft cloth to remove dirt and grime.
All of our quartz movements contain batteries that will typically last 36-60 months and can be replaced when necessary. Battery replacements and repairs are best left to professionals.
Though our leather straps have a slight protective coating, we recommend avoiding water and oil contact.
